I guess I was expecting too much - I often do.
| But slowing down traffic on local streets on a Sunday is not my idea of a car free day. Looking out over the Gardiner Expressway, it's a laugh to even consider this Car Reduced Day. Bumper to bumper (even on a Sunday afternoon) as usual. That's the thoroughfare to make car-free. Car Free Day has to start outside the city. On the Gardiner, the DVP. |  |
Then we can shut the inner city down and dance in the streets, like they do in Bogotá.
